We deliver two options when it comes to our open events.  We have locally delivered venue based Leadership and Management session and Online Virtual Classrooms, for when coming out of the business isn’t an option.

Our open leadership and management events cater for all levels of manager, from the novice to the advanced.  Like our in-house sessions, the focus is on results through interaction, connection and fun. Our online virtual classrooms cover a variety of People Management topics and are delivered to inspire you. We know that taking time away from the business isn’t always practical, so our virtual classrooms enable you to develop your skills whilst staying in house. Learn with live facilitators, equipped to ensure you gain the understanding you need remotely, and all of our virtual classrooms include a 1-2-1 telephone coaching call to deepen and embed your learning.
