Ben is our ‘behavioural optimisation specialist’ with over fifteen years’ experience in leadership and people development for some of the UKs leading brands. He has a proven track record in creating high performing teams and improving results within Customer Service, Sales and Credit Management.

Ben has a unique ability to help unlock people’s thinking to experience a more productive and happier work life. He’s a real charismatic and passionate facilitator at ease delivering to 100’s at the ICC as he is in a 1-2-1 coaching session.

“Outside my professional academic persona I am a rock god… “in my dreams” – and it was a dream until I realised the life of an L&D practitioner was far more exciting, stable, better paid…..

I have played bass guitar for more than 20 years – they say it takes 10 years to become an expert… well I’m still trying.

I played in a band called D.C.K which was played on Radio 1 and have gigged all around the UK. More recently I joined an Orchestra playing double bass. I love anything that has a groove and especially metal.

Other than that I have a son called Leo and married to Joanne and currently have two Maine Coons.”
