Elise is our CIPD qualified HR professional, having spent over 15 years’ working within the HR and Operations areas of small and large sized companies across a variety of industries, she’s our HR and ER guru.

Her key driver is supporting business leaders in creating the right environment to ensure people have the support and tools required to do their job to the best of their ability whilst at the same time enhance your business goals and values

Elise’s experience spans the breadth of HR activity from, creating training initiatives, induction processes and operational plans and procedures. Her open and honest mindset enables Elise to work as an extension of your team supporting your HR operational needs.

“Well the story started when I found out I was a coeliac in August 2018. ARGH!!! If you can imagine the biggest foodie on the planet, eats everything, all the time and LOVES food! This was a massive shock for me, totally changing how I ate every day and forever.

Struggling to find anything that was tasty or actually edible was now my new life.

Yes, there are lots of lovely things in the Free From aisles in the supermarkets, but what about the fridge section when you need food now, now, now. Here comes the hare brain idea…I decided I’d take matters into my own hands, if I can’t find anything, I’ll make it. So I decided to create a range of gorgeous, yummy and delicious Gluten Free snacks, which you can grab and go…Yippee!

With my passion for yummy food Freesties was born”
