Early in 2017 the team at TUI asked us to support them with their brand transition within the UK & Ireland from Thomson and Falcon to one global brand of TUI.
Given an overview of all the activity that was happening around the business and a brief to support TUI in their overall communication of and engagement with the change, we were tasked with providing something engaging and interactive to be used during their Management conference and right across the business.
Our team put their creativity to the work and developed a board game from the TUI logo. The aim of the game was to enable everyone to be clear about what was staying the same and what was changing with the transition from Thomson and Falcon to TUI. It created the opportunity to have fun whilst learning about what they need to do, how they need to do it and perhaps, most importantly, why their work matters to customers and the future the TUI Group.
We wanted to provide a way of exciting people about the future, whilst at the same time equipping them to really embrace the change journey they were on.
Launched during the May 2017 Management Conference it was so well received it was subsequently rolled out across 600 stores, head office and 17 airline bases.
