Bespoke Apprenticeship Development

In March 2018, TUI UK & Ireland introduced the Level 3 Team Leader and Level 5 Departmental Manager apprenticeships into their business. To support the development of the participants, TUI commissioned us to design and deliver four key workshops for each level, a total of eight bespoke modules.

Each module needed to be developed to support the ILM Diploma qualification providing an enhanced learning experience for the apprenticeship schemes. In addition TUI were looking to offer these eight modules as standalone Management Development materials for their Head Office colleagues.

Drawing on our vast experience with the ILM qualifications we were able to create an aligned, yet tailored training package for the team at TUI. Each workshop built on the previous with the fourth module in each level culminating in the use of an interactive TUI World map, where the participants worked through real scenarios to demonstrate the skills and knowledge they had developed throughout their apprenticeship and training programme.

The modules are:

Level 5: Leading Self / Impactful Communication / Leadership & High Performance / Operational Management
